Betty Pinkney is President and Treasurer of betpin & associates, inc. She began the company in 1995 when she recognized a void in the community regarding the communications between corporations, elected officials, community leaders and individuals living in the community. 

Her visionary intent was to build a consulting firm that delivered professional political, managerial and educational consulting services with an extremely high degree of excellence.  

Her commitment to serving the community is prevalent and she was recognized by being elected the first African-American and first woman to serve as the Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of University Hospitals of Cleveland and the University Hospitals System, Inc.  

TYRONE A. MCGUINEA is the Chief Operating Officer and Insurance Consultant who works with our client organizations to deliver the best managed care products while maintaining an atmosphere of solid communication, integrity, and dedication.

His extensive insurance consulting/ brokering experience includes not only Healthspan (formerly Kaiser Permanente) Personal Physician Care, Americade, Renaissance Health and well-renowned Pinkney-Perry Insurance. 

With 30+ years in the healthcare market, he has been a leader, manager, and broker. One of his most noteworthy achievements is his ability to understand employer needs and meet them.
